Walker was born on May 28, 1910 in Linden, Texas and died on March 16, 1975. He was the first to make a guitar wail, cry out, and buckle under the weight of his emotion, and has influenced artists like B.B. King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Eric Clapton. Walker has released more than 60 albums, including T-Bone Blues, Super Black Blues, and Everyday I Have the Blues.
