Sting has won many awards, including 17 Grammy Awards, a Golden Globe, an Emmy, and three BRIT Awards. He has also received the Kennedy Center Honors (2014) and the Ivors songwriting honor (2023).

Police / Sting

Sting, whose real name is Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, was the bassist, frontman, and songwriter for the English new wave band The Police from 1977 to 1986. He has also been a member of Band Aid, Strontium 90, and Last Exit. As a solo artist, Sting has released albums such as All for Love and When We Dance.
