Jimmy Dorsey

Dorsey was a member of four musical groups: Dorsey Brothers, California Ramblers, Original Memphis Five, and Charleston Chasers. He has released more than 60 albums, including Jimmy Dorsey, Fabulous Jimmy Dorsey, and Dixie By Dorsey. 

Dorsey was born in Shenandoah, Pennsylvania on February 29, 1904 and died in New York City on June 12, 1957 from lung cancer.
